Question 46

Fill in the blanks

When a university decides to launch a new career development program, one of the first questions to consider is whether to deliver it or to outsource it to an external provider. Many institutions now choose to keep these services in-house, arguing that staff members already have a deep of the student body and the local job market. In-house teams can also more quickly to feedback from students and employers, adjusting workshops or coaching sessions as needs change. Outsourcing, on the other hand, may save costs in the short term but often results in a less experience for students.
